Silvia is the best host. She goes out of her way for her guests. She helped us navigate the best way to get to her place.
Her apartment is absolutely beautiful and clean. Bed was so comfy. Position of apartment perfect. Very quiet.
Love the shared kitchen space and filtered water. Honestly think that it is great value for money.
The entrance of the building has smelly drains. We would love to see that cleaned.

Sehr schöne neuwertige komfortable Wohnung mitten in Prati nahe Metro Ottaviano. Sehr gute Austattung, kostenloser Kaffee und kostenloses Wasser in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Die zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeberin hat an alles gedacht. Unkomplizierter Check- in, insgesamt das Beste, was wir in Rom je hatten.

Our most comfortable stay while in Italy for two weeks! This accommodation was extremely comfortable and clean; we enjoyed each shower and sleep like our own home! The location is also superb if you're going to the Vatican, the market, or just want to walk around in the evening. Silvia is SO lovely, kind, and thoughtful.
It was perfect. It's not our favourite location in Rome (having stayed a few times before), but we really enjoyed the accomodation so we were okay with this change of scenery and neighbourhood!

Sofia is the ultimate host. She met us at the guest house and thoroughly went through all of the features and provided information about the area. She checked in with us each day as well as after we checked out to ensure all of our needs were met. The space had a lot of storage, was very clean, and located in a great spot.
We never could figure out the dryer feature of the washer/dryer. The shower didn't drain quickly enough. As a result, quite a bit of water got on the floor each time we showered. Other than that, everything was great.
