Great location 15 mins walk from the Vatican. Very clean. Small room and bathroom but well appointed
Didn’t manage to plug in the kettle. One lamp is broken.

Breakfast was lovely just across the road friendly staff. Luca is a great host will surely come again.
Bathroom was a bit tiny and hot water was tripping hot and cold so you have to be patient to get the right temperature. Over role great apartment and nearly maintained. Clean bedding and towels. Beverage available pizza discount which the kids loved 😍 . Will recommend .

The localization was very good, close to the underground and bus station and 10 minute walk to Vatican. The equipment in the apartment, such as umbrellas, were very helpful. The workers at the café were breakfast was served were very nice. The design with The Beatles was super cool ☺️
There were cockroaches all over the kitchen and in one bathroom. Water in bathrooms was either very cold or very hot - nothing in between. The TV was broken and did not work. During rain, the water went through the wall and started to leak out on the kitchen sink. The contact with the owner was a bit complicated, we did not receive any information about checking out and had to figure everything out on our own.
