Good location, presence of air conditioning, little fridge, TV, hair dryer, kettle, iron, little ironing board. bathroom facilities, clean towels and bedding. Luggage storage, breakfast vouchers.

Difficult to access the property when arriving out of hours, no chance to leave a voicemail. The floor was not clean under the bed. The routine room service includes making the bed and taking out the rubbish. One may need to request clean towels.

Room was well equipped and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Instructions etc for check in/out were clear and precise.

Only one issue, the position of the room at an extremely busy junction meant there was a higher level of traffic noise than I would have liked.

The location of the apartment was amazing - conveniently near the Vatican museum. Metro station was also really near and bus station was almost right in front of the building. Breakfast was really pleasant - everything was fresh and the staff were lovely. Check in went smoothly and the owners were really helpful and kind.

The location is great and walking distance to the Vatican and lots of nearby restaurants. Their self check-in system works well, and the ability to store your luggage is very helpful.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I hope this is helpful for someone else. The room is simple and I knew that in advance, so no complaints on that, but it’s SO loud. I can sleep through noise, but even for me this room was a challenge. There’s noise from the street, AND noise from a very loud and annoying AC. The shower is tiny (not uncommon in Italy), and the hot water heats really quickly and literally burned my skin. Luckily I only spent 1 day and it worked as a bed to sleep for a night, but I honestly wouldn’t spend any longer. I spent my other nights at a hotel across the street and the experience there was way better for virtually the same price.
