Easy access to metro and Vatican.

Would be easier for guests if reception could be open for longer during the day 10-12 is a short window to get back to speak to a staff member if you are already out for the day exploring also there was no light working on the staircase up to the accommodation which was very scary as it was a marble staircase in the complete darkness and also a little unsettling if you met someone on the stairs

Τhe room was quite ok but a little bit expensive as it is older than shown at the photos.Although, It was very clean and in a very central neighborhood where you could find everything!
It is older than it seemed from photos so for that it should be a little bit cheaper

The location near the Vatican site is really great. Very close to the Metro station Ottaviano, you can join quickly all corners of the town. Great choice of restaurants, bars and shops around the property. The owner is available via What's-Up and ready to solve problems as soon as they appears. The cleaning was quite accurate and the Wi-fi fonctions well.
The bed mattresses are of very poor quality. The hot water supply and debit are very instable and you can find yourself in the shower with nasty suprises at any time of the day. The evacuation of the water from the shower plate was blocked, a sign that the maintenance of the pipes is not accurate. Finally we recommend reserving a quite room on the internal side because the ones on the street are very noisy even at night. The owner should invest more in bedding and water heating.
