Ottima posizione nel quartiere, nessun rumore dall’esterno, vicinanza alla fermata della metro, stanza pulita, personale che si occupa delle pulizie molto gentile e cortese
Stanza un po’ fredda e umida, riscaldamento a termosifoni della camera e del bagno mai partito perché regolato dal cronotermostato di un’altra stanza con temperatura nettamente più alta, condizionatore che non scalda e non programmabile perché (giustamente) funziona solo con la chiave della camera inserita, ascensore non utilizzabile.
