Enrico was very friendly, although we didn't meet him, he was helpful and seemed friendly. All instructions for self check in were provided in good detail and it was very easy! The room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Very close to good restaurants, bars and gelato places! Also very close to the Vatican museum which was handy.
The only small downfalls were the shampoo being in sachets (although glad shampoo was provided) and the light in bathroom was a little noisy. But no big problem. Slight 2-3 min walk over the road for breakfast, but it was a friendly cafe! Breakfast was a pastry and a drink (pastry was delicious!)

The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican and for easy access to public transport for the rest of the city of Rome.
The rooms are good. The TVs are a little older (not smart TV). The breakfast is a coupon/voucher for a cafe a block away. It’s just for a pastry and a drink.

Enrico and room were great .
DO NOT STAY HERE if - room safety is important. There is a room safe but it is not attached to the wall or the wardrobe so someone can literally put the safe under their arm and walk out as there is no on site staff to be seen. - if breakfast included is important. We were given vouchers to a neighborhood restaurant which offered 1 croissant and a coffee in an espresso cup. No refills and no other options. Totally unacceptable and we have stayed in rome previously with an on site full selection of breakfast included so have comparable. We will not be back!
