The location was great: a block from the Metro and a few blocks from St. Peter’s Square! Air conditioning unit in room, extra linens in room, clean. Staff were extremely helpful and so friendly! Also- the BEST meal we had in Italy was down the street at Da Vita e Dina’s!
The shower stall was extremely small, which was uncomfortable for my 6’2” husband and 6’4” son. But considering the age of the building, we weren’t expecting anything bigger.

Very friendly staff, assisted with traveling destinations if needed.
The breakfast vouchers for Bar Novecentotredici, staff were very rude to English speaking tourists.

The staff was incredible. They worked with us for both a late check in, and held our bags for us after we checked out. Location was great, just a short walk to the Vatican, and also the metro stop is just a few minutes away.
The ONLY negative we had was the bed. Absolutely rock hard. But everything else was great!
