We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during our trip to Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced daily, which we really appreciated after long days exploring the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.
A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly supportive, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. He was always available to help, gave us useful local recommendations, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. His hospitality truly made the experience even better and made us feel very welcome.
The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for Rome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The staff was very welcoming and gentle, we had an easy self check-in even when we arrived late. They let us the room until 5 pm the last day in order to leave our luggage. The location was very good, close to the public transport and there is a lot of restaurants and shops near the property. The room was clean, there is everything you need and there is a shared kitchen if you want to cook.
There was a very bad smell in the room that comes from the bathroom. The room was slightly heated and it was cold, and the heating in the bathroom didn't work. The refrigerator in the room doesn't work, but we used the refrigerator in the kitchen.
There was a limescale in the shower, and the water flow wasn’t very good. We left the message on the door to makeup the room but the room service didn't come to clean or to change the towels.

Everything was excellent , the location, the cleanses. In apartment you have everything that you need. I would probably stay here again.
Only one thing that can be changed is that door isolation is bad and you can hear when someone is in hallway.

It's close to the Vatican City and the metro station. A lot of nice local restaurants are around.
We found a little bit of stains on the duvet cover. The water flux from the shower is a bit too slow.
