The location was superb. Everything we needed was near: metro station, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias etc. Vatican city in just 5 minutes walking time. We felt safe all the time, even when we had to walk late at night.
Masud was very helpful
The fridge in the room was not really working (it was a known issue and it was going to be fixed soon). Some things in the room showed their age. The curtain couldn't cover the whole window. The hot water on the shower needed some time to get hot (like 2-3 minutes) and sometimes the pressure was very low (I suppose if more rooms were using hot water). The fridge in the common kitchen could be bigger because it is for 4 rooms. But all these are minor details that can be easily addressed.

The location is great, very close to the vatican city. Our room was clean and the staff is friendly.

The location was amazing. From there airport there's a bus that takes you to the Vatican that stops about 15 mins away from this hotel. Outside of the hotel there are several restaurants and shops that are active and open somewhat late. The staff was friendly and also responds quickly to messages during their check-in hours.

The position is the ideal if you are planning to stay close to the Vatican and still having the metro station just next to your room plus restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We walked everywhere and if we were tired we simply took the metro.
The self check-in process was smooth and easy to follow. The staff member responsible for daily cleaning was friendly.
The room (including the bed and pillows), as well as the bathroom and sanitary facilities, require better maintenance, and some items may need to be replaced. It appears that the property has not been renovated for quite some time. That said, I would recommend providing coffee machines in the rooms free of charge or offering a small breakfast for guests, as this would add extra value and allow for a bit more human interaction.
