Nikki was great on communications. The location was brilliant - a fast train from Fiumicino airport to Termini station and then Metro A to almost next door. I arrived in the early hours and felt quite safe. The accommodation is a short walk to the Vatican and to St Peters. Metro or buses to wherever you want to go. Some useful shops and eateries nearby. The housekeeper was very friendly and kept the place clean and tidy. I was thoroughly happy with my choice of accommodation.
The one thing I would like would be a work desk and chair in the room then I'd come for one or two weeks and get stacks of work done on my embryonic business. But in any case I'll be back. I'm already checking flights and availability. :-)

Difficult to find, and noisy at nights because of other guests or staff.
