Fabulous location and the room was absolutely stunning. Great communication prior to check in and the process of getting into the property and room was easy (we checked ourselves in) we were also allowed to check in a bit earlier which really helped us make the most of our time in Rome. Staff very friendly, room is big and really clean- cannot recommend enough!

Great location for easy access to popular areas and transportation options, yet walking short distances in opposite directions led to quiet streets and cafes and no crowds.
The accommodations were lovely and well thought out.

It was clean and comfortable take and perfectly situated for the metro, Vatican and St Peter’s. Lovely bars and restaurants around too

The property location is superb
The room was extremely small, we could barely move, and there was very little space for luggage - definitely overpriced for the value , the service was less than desirable.
It seems that there was lack of communication and misunderstandings
Furthermore, I woke up at 3 am with an emergency light over my eyes , I got up to shut it off and could not , furthermore no other light were turning on.
I realized that there either a power outage or a fuse blew up
Had to wait until pass 8 before someone showed up to fix the fuse
In the middle of November , we left the room with wet hair
Service - small room - too expensive for the value
