staff (Valentin) is AMAZING! he makes your stay very pleasant. This is NOT hotel, you should remember so we were surprised when came. However, Valentin is there for anything you need. Beds were clean, towels clean, breakfast the best. Ask for eggs and sandwiches; coffee was amazing! Location is the best you can get! 7 min walk to Vatican. You can buy a shuttle from airport for 11CAD and then walk 10 min. 5 min walk to the Metro, 3 stops to Spanish Steps, 5 stops to Colosseum. You save a lot by taking Metro, not uber. ticket one way 1.50

Rooms are small but clean. family with 2 kids may not fit in. It is the best for 3 adults max. Bathroom is very tiny but the water pressure was great. what was strange is a see through wall in the shower LOL. My teenager did not like it. AC min was set for 20C which was not super great but it was still okay considering outside was +38C

Staff were lovely and very accommodating and helpful. Room was very comfortable.

The property was clean and Valentin was spectacular!

Great location next to Vatican. Good breakfast.

Relatively small basic room with simple Soviet-style furniture made of iron. Wi-fi didn't work first day. No coffee machine or any other kitchen stuff in the room. The host Viktoria from Moldova was a lady with a lot life experience, apparently. She tried to sooth any negative perception regarding the property although not quite successfully. At the same time, her associate Valentine was quite caring and helpful young man.
