The location is amazing with it is a short walk to the Vatican Museum and Basilica. So many restaurants and shops near by. The room was clean and the bed was made daily.

The location was great, just steps from the Vatican and we can walk everywhere for sightseeing.
We did not have hot water during our stay. Only the first shower ( we are a group of four) had hot water and after only cold showers! We stayed for 3 days. Good thing it was summer and somewhat tolerable, but a big frustration trying to figure out how to get hot water and not having any in 3 days.
