The room was clean and spacious. It had a nice bathroom and a very good airconditioning. It was near a metro station with very frequent trains and Vatican City. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
The neighbourhood was a bit touristy, but if you walked a bit further this wasn’t a problem anymore.

The location was excellent. Two blocks down we found luggage lockers to put our suitcases so we could enjoy the day. It was very close to the Vatican and so much more. The street was quiet and clean.
No lift to take you and your luggage up many steps. Also, they have wooden chairs with no rug underneath so when other people from other apartments drag a chair out from the table, you hear that screeching sound momentarily in your apartment. They can easily fix that with some felt tabs under the wooden chairs legs and it would solve everything. The place is soooo comfortable, air conditioned and well appointed with everything you need so there’s very little to dislike.

The location was great, just steps from the Vatican and we can walk everywhere for sightseeing.
We did not have hot water during our stay. Only the first shower ( we are a group of four) had hot water and after only cold showers! We stayed for 3 days. Good thing it was summer and somewhat tolerable, but a big frustration trying to figure out how to get hot water and not having any in 3 days.
