The breakfast each morning was tasty and the staff were friendly. It was great to have air-conditioning on those very hot days in Rome. The bus stop was about 3 minutes away by foot. Safe to walk at night.
The view from the balcony wasn't great, but that's Rome.

The breakfast option was excellent. Although breakfast service begins at 8:30 a.m., coffee and other items are available earlier. The host was very kind and welcoming, and the location is good walking distance for visiting the Vatican.
The terrace outside is a little noisy.

Colazione e posizione buone
La struttura è al quinto piano di uno stabile con ascensore non funzionante. Non sono stato informato di tale circostanza altrimenti avrei disdetto la camera. Il giorno di arrivo mi è stato detto che si era rotto la mattina ma poi, parlando con alcuni condomini ho saputo che era da 5 giorni che non funzionava e sono partito dopo due giorni scendendo a piedi le scale. Fortunatamente il filippino, venuto per la colazione è stato così gentile ad aiutarci a scendere i bagagli.
