The biggest advantage is that the owner and the staff are super nice and helpful! The room is quite spacious, luminous, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The only disadvantage was the lack of sound isolation, so we could hear people from the other rooms talking and slamming the doors the first night.
