The room was close to the Metro station and other transportation. Fairly close to the Vatican. The room was clean and pretty comfortable for the price.
There is little to no soundproofing in these rooms. Ours was street level on the outside of the building; so we heard every single person walking by throughout the night. We were constantly hearing doors slamming and people stomping around. There was a group above us that was making noise all throughout the night. The insulation is so poor that we could make out parts of their conversation. If you’re going to stay here. Bring earplugs. We didn’t see the host in-person at all. All communication was over WhatsApp; and when we arrived to check-in at the time we specified, they were not responding to our messages. It took an hour before everything got sorted out. I definitely was not impressed with the check-in process. I will highlight again that the check-in time was specified before hand, and we arrived when we were supposed to.
