Location is excellent, short walk to Vatican City and easy public transport everywhere else. Great continental breakfast provided. Very clean and tidy. A great space and balcony. Hosts and staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly.

Location
It was not the bed and breakfast location we had expected. Some food left in a shared refrigerator, otherwise we had to shop for ourselves. Small hot water tank. Insufficient water for shower. No staff other than for check on. Non functioning light bulbs not replaced
