Rome Center Rooms

The rooms are really nice! Special part in my heart belongs to signora Maria Chiara, she was so nice for me, prepare a coffee to me and have a talk. The neighbourhood is so quiet and nice.

Some amount of dust on the furniture and paintings.

Central location, and lovely staff

Shower head was odd, but nice to have a private bathroom

Location is great . Coffee is great . The owner brought some extra bread , savories for breakfast even if it was for a day. Otherwise breakfast is plastic packed bread and biscotti.

The sheets were not clean when I arrived they were stained. Bathroom was not provided with soap for handwash so I used shampoo. Also after reminding to put it next day , the cleaning staff dosing put it. The dustbin was full and not emptied for 3 nights in the bathroom. So I had to go to the kitchen to throw waste. The bathroom exhaust is very noisy so you can’t keep light on to a long time. Worst was internet service in room Zen. It never worked even if I let door open of my room . The daughter of the owner tried to compare the connection in other rooms , I even sent her live video on WhatsApp to show how it’s working in the room being phone or laptop or iPad and not even consecutive connections. Single device also didn’t connect well. I had to spend roaming data. The first day of checking in also failed because of this WiFi problem. I waited 10 mins outside the man door and 20-25 mins outside the room door for the owner to drive to the apartment which usually opens through remote. I could checkin only after 35 mins of arrival after a 8 hour flight delay. The building is old , understand that the renovation is starting soon . So WC is cracked , plumbing is shabby, smell through drain but that’s normal.

Very poor instructions from staff. No English. We were told , breakfast was at 0830. We waited until 0910. No show ! I texted and was told, no breakfast here, you go to Cafe. They gave us the wrong name!!! Very poor. We never went for breakfast again. Shocking.
