Roma Central Guest House

The staff was very nice. Difficulty with the language barrier but not their fault. The location was great. We had everthing we needed.

Wish we could have checked out later than 10am. That was a bit early. Breakfast was too sweet for my liking. Just croissants. The shower was just a trickle and was either too hot or too cold. I didn't shower because it was so bad but we were only there for one night.

Very cosy, with Italian feel at home touch, immaculate clean and the best location in the city.

Clean, convenient, central

Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom and shower were very large which is amazing. Our window looked over the courtyard we walked through to get to the correct entrance. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. Messaging with the staff beforehand on Whatsapp was great and gave us clear communications on how to get there. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Note these are minor but may benefit someone with certain needs: The AC was hard to figure out. Would not cool any lower than 20 celcius. At one point, trying to adjust it, I could not get it to cool at all, and our room heated up fast. It was really hot outside at the time of our 1 night stay. I brought out my little fan and that saved us for 1 night. We didn't have longer for me to ask questions about it. Probably a user error? It's common, but the elevator was very small, and only 1 person and their bags could use it at a time. Or two people and no bags could fit. We were on the 6th floor, so I was happy just to have an elevator.
