Nerva Accommodation

I travel for work often, and sometimes I need to book a last-minute stay. Nerva is a welcome surprise. No fluffs. No exaggerations. Just a good room to sleep and wake up, next to the colosseum and other great places. Tiziana welcomed me with Southern charm only Rome can give you. I was in Milan the previous weekend, and while Milan has great accommodations, my last experience there was rather awful. Perhaps it's just the Southern charm (Yes, many Italians consider Rome South. I do too, even though it's technically just Rome.) If you are lucky enough to find a room in this accommodation, don't 'sleep on it' (pun intended). Book it and thank me later.

Yes, you can sometimes hear the fart from the next room, hey, hey, but this is a small accommodation doing exactly what a small accommodation is supposed to do. Good bed, good pillow, good room, good staff, and damn good location. Don't overthink it. This is an accommodation for the rest of us humans who still fart, snore, laugh, get up, and say ciao bella.

Lack of wifi

Very convenient location, friendly staff, and a small kitchen with tasty snacks for breakfast.

The room is cool; I think it might be cold in winter since there is no radiator. ❄️

The check-in process was very clear, and the room clean up each day was appreciated. I didn't use the kitchen because I was out all day, but the facilities seemed good at a quick glance.

Unfortunately my shower didn't drain, so I had to take very quick showers. The fixings in the room (power points etc) were not fitted very well and some were falling out. The rooms are not very well sound proof either, it wasn't too much of a bother for me but if you're a light sleeper it would be difficult I imagine.
