Roman Holiday Colosseo

We quite enjoyed this place. Good sized room, nice little bathroom, and an easy location to get to and from the rest of the city/ site seeing. Pretty clean and solid AC.

Beautiful location, so close to the Colosseum. Air conditioned, it was a bliss to arrive back to the room after a very hot day out.

Late check in and early check out, would of been easier for a earlier check in as our flight landed at 11am and check in was 3pm

The room was confortable and well decorated. The location was perfect.

Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not cool properly, and the room remained extremely warm throughout our entire stay. We had a very difficult time sleeping because of the heat. After the second night, we asked if they could provide us with fans, and they brought us two new fans, which helped a little, but the room was still very uncomfortable. We spent our days walking around the city in extremely hot weather, so we looked forward to coming back to the room to cool down, relax, and rest. Unfortunately, the room felt almost as hot as it was outside, which made it very difficult to enjoy our time there. We also only had internet access on the first day of our stay. For the following three days, we had no internet. We were told that the internet company was doing work on the street and that there was nothing they could do about it. However, on our last day, my husband contacted the host and explained that we really needed internet access because he had some work to do. Strangely, the internet started working again almost immediately after that message, which made us question whether the issue was actually related to work being done on the street. Overall, the lack of proper air conditioning and reliable internet made our stay much less comfortable than we expected.
