Domus Domas & Boutique - Golden Keys Collection

The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and around 20 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. There are bus stops and a metro station nearby, and having so many reasonably priced restaurants in the area was a big plus. The staff were all very polite, and we loved having breakfast served in our room. We especially loved the high ceilings, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the diffuser in the hallway—it smelled amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. The fridge could use a deeper clean, especially the brown marks inside. It made us hesitate to use it for drinking water. Alternatively, replacing the fridge might be worth considering. We probably wouldn’t have minded if it were in someone’s home, but because everything else was so clean, it stood out. Also, leaving our luggage in the corridor for several hours after check-out felt a little worrying. A more secure luggage storage area would give guests greater peace of mind. That said, every guest we came across was so lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location near the central station, nice staff, simple but good breakfast brought to the room, snacks are available at all times in the common area.

As there is only one chair, it is not very comfortable to eat breakfast in the room for two people. Overall, the room is quite small, especially the bathroom. The AC made some weird noises sometimes.

Bed and general space were good. Also good shower. We didn't take breakfast but they offered free coffee in Expreso machine

We didn't have hot water the first morning as the boiler was broken but they were able to fix it during the day and for the evening it was working
