Good location for the Termini station and nice, spacious, clean room with good aircon given the heat in June. Coffee and tea-making facilities were great to have and we had no problem with any noise from the street below.

Central location guest house totally fine for a few nights stay. Very reasonably priced. Note that this is not a hotel, and more of a guest house where you are met in advance on the street with the keys to the building and room. Its a beautiful old building where one floor has been converted to rooms. The room is totally fine and is super clean with its own bathroom. There is also a communcal kitchen space if you would like coffee, etc. There is an added touch where they leave a croissant hanging outside your door in the morning. Wifi super fast .

The little breakfast hung on the door was a nice touch. Comfortable and safe stay in a very central location of Rome.
The room got very hot at night and A/C didn't seem to work.
