Was super cosy perfect for 3 or 2 days
We had no kettle and coffee machine in the room, however if you ask for it i think that they will give you one, we didn't ask

Free mini bar, free breakfast, free coffee tea, free shower gel shampoo, free wifi....
Air Con not cool at all, 37 degree in Rome at July but only feel less hot in room. Location area is not very safe.

Good location for the Termini station and nice, spacious, clean room with good aircon given the heat in June. Coffee and tea-making facilities were great to have and we had no problem with any noise from the street below.

Central location guest house totally fine for a few nights stay. Very reasonably priced. Note that this is not a hotel, and more of a guest house where you are met in advance on the street with the keys to the building and room. Its a beautiful old building where one floor has been converted to rooms. The room is totally fine and is super clean with its own bathroom. There is also a communcal kitchen space if you would like coffee, etc. There is an added touch where they leave a croissant hanging outside your door in the morning. Wifi super fast .
