The location is convenient, however it isn't the most pleasant neighbourhood - I guess this is on us. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from the window.
The location is noisy no matter the time of day or night. Bathroom was a let down - the door doesn't slide fully which provides no privacy and it is very small. The biggest issue was complete lack of privacy in the hotel - it is a large apartment with couple or rooms turned into hotel. It felt like hostel. Moreover the hosting lady definitely was smoking in our room as on two occasions she was surprised we came back so quickly and we could smell cigarettes in our room.

+ "strategic" location close to everything (metro, Colosseum, restaurants) but in a quiet not so touristic area. + great cleanliness. + nice basic room. + bed was comfy enough, pillows a bit hard. + nice shared living room and kitchen. + welcome in person (so rare lately!)
- there were renovation works in the next flat starting at 8:00am with deafening noise by drilling and jackhammer. This spoiled my first day there since I was planning to rest all the morning; actually I had very little sleep so I was tired all the day. - lack of curtains at the bathroom window, neighbors can easily see inside when you are on the wc or in the shower :-|
