Great location, huge room, looooot of storage and places to put your belongings, loved the fact that you are provided with a lot of goods to make your own breakfast at any of the two common kitchens. It was great to have my own external bathroom though it took me a few attempts to figure out how to lock it up with the ancient key I was given. I arrived around 9 and I was given clear instructions for self check in. I met the owner next day and she was amazing! The hotel is located near Manzi station and you can get from Termini in 5 minutes, and you can walk to the Colosseum, it's a 20 minute walk, or toy can take a bus as well for you to start touring the city.

It was quite near the metro and termini wasn’t too far a walk. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean.
Unfortunately it was a noisy stay. The air con was very loud as was the fridge and even the door handle into the bathroom which waken others in the middle of the night. There was also a lot of noise in the middle of the night from other residents screeching, not sure whether they were intoxicated or not but they were loud
