Good for trams into the city. A clean room with good facilities and value for money. As a base for the short trip into the city and all it has to offer it is great.
This apartment is a basement and the windows opened out onto the neighbourhood large rubbish bins which were overflowing and locals often stood outside chatting for some time.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were both nice! Overall very comfy digs.
Only issue was communication from the company/hostel left a lot to be desired. We had to call multiple times to figure out how to get into the complex, how to get into our room, etc.
