Mariabla was incredible welcoming and flexible, a skill not always easy to find in big cities therefore I very much appreciated it. After the check in, one is welcomed with drinks and snacks and generally speaking, the cosyness of the place makes your check in experience even better.

Termini tren istasyonuna 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde, ancak ters tarafta, oda temiz, yatak rahat ve temiz, klima iyi çalışıyor, banyo ve tuvaletler temiz, ortak alan ve teras kullanışlı, güzel bir bahçe manzarası var ancak , Ağustos da roma çok sıcak, mutfak ve terasta otururken terliyorsunuz, ev sahibinin iletişimi çok iyi, ben pasaport kontrolü uzun sürdüğü için biraz geç giriş yaptım, kendisi beni bekledi ve çok geç kalınca da odaya giriş için video gönderdi, kapı şifrelerini verdi, kahvaltı Türkiye den gelen biri için elbette anlamsız, ama Avrupa da genelde kahvaltı olayı böyle, yine de kruvasanlar iyiydi, kahve makinesi için birkaç kahve bırakılsa fena olmazdı, hediye şapka ve giriş kolaylığı için teşekkür ediyorum, ev sahibine. Gelelim en güzel kısmına şehir merkezinden 492 nolu otobüse binerseniz , evin önünde iniyorsunuz, belki 71 no da yakın geçiyordur, dönüşte yorgun iken hayat kurtarıyor

The balcony was a nice part. It was clean and a decent size room.

The check in process was a challenge. We were not aware we needed to communicate the exact time we would get to the guest house, and our phones did not work well internationally. No one was there when we arrived, and there was not any signage to know what door was the guest house in the apartment building, and it was not explained in our email communication prior. We walked through the entire building, not knowing where the guest house was. When we contacted the person working she was inpatient and not very nice, saying it was not her fault that she was not there. She did however get there within 30-40 minutes, but she was not very nice, and not apologetic. It did not start our stay off on a great foot. The guest house was small and cute. However, all the doors (the front door and door to your room) have a code that unlocks the doors, and it is very loud bolt that opens them. Our room was close to the front door (there are probably no more than 4-5 rooms so all rooms aren't far from the front door) and every time the front door opened, it was so loud, it sounded like someone was coming into our room. FYI, the breakfast they offer is coffee, juice, and a donut. So may not be worth waking up for. It definitely wasn't for me. Location was about 15-20 minute walk from the train station so was convenient. The guest house is behind the train station so is an interesting location, away from all the happenings, but also quieter and less touristy.
