Equipe gentil e prestativa. Quarto reformado e sem cheiro de mofo. O hotel Marco Polo fica muito próximo da estação Roma Termini ( 1 quadra ). Em termos de facilidade para quem chega pela estação, ou vai ficar andando de metrô, a localização é excelente. O hotel fica no terceiro e quarto andar em um prédio. Tem um elevador pequeno. Os quartos são reformados e novos. Infelizmente o ralo do box estava um pouco entupido. Mas o lençol e as toalhas estavam limpinhos. A cafeteira nespresso no quarto funcionou e foi ótimo. A vizinhança é ok ( próximo da estação é bem policiado , mas tem moradores de rua ). No geral, nota 8/10.
Quarto estava com o chão um pouco sujo e o ralo do banheiro entupia.

Pokój czysty i odnowiony. Wszystko w pokoju nowe. Dużo gniazdek do ładowania sprzętu. Lokalizacja OK - blisko dworca Termini. Obsługa raczej pomocna, ale na wszystko trzeba długo czekać.
to nie jest hotel sensu stricte - to są pokoje w starej kamienicy na 3 i 4 piętrze (na 1 piętrze jest inny "hotel", poza tym chyba mieszkania), ze starą małą windą, brudną klatką schodową i bramą. Pokój zarezerwowany na 3 osoby miał tylko 1 kołdrę bez poszewki, kawa i herbata nie uzupełniane w pokoju w ogóle (mimo zamówionego sprzątania). Brak regulacji klimatyzacji w pokoju. Widok z okna na brudne podwórko - studnie.
