    Very good hotel, good service. I didn't expect the reception and the room to be in different buildings. But the service was excellent, and the room was quite clean. The air conditioning worked well. The only downside I could mention is that the room and reception are in different buildings, and sometimes the shower water was either too hot or too cold. But otherwise, my stay at this hotel was very good.

    Lovation Facilities staff and rooms are perfect it is worth the money. Rooms are extremely clean staff is very accommodating and super friendly thank you kuya from the receptionwe will surely come back again. Highly recommended.

    A mixed experience. The hotel is very basic, but clean and comfortable, and the staff did accommodate us with an early check-in, and adding a second guest after arrival, which was appreciated. However, service was inconsistent. Overall, it met expectations for a basic stay, but the service could be improved.
