Hotel Marco Polo Rome

Good location 1in walk from Termini. Really easy to go to Rome Center or to Airport. Good restaurants nearby. We were actually surprised how clean were the streets nearby. Room.is small but ok for a short 2-3 day stay.

A bit noisy , some music was playing on the hallway until 10pm😁

Property was good and location wise.

The elevator kinda off to me, but its works good.

The location was very close to the station which is what we needed. We were able to drop our bags on arrival.

We were told on arrival to return any time after 2pm to check into our room. We arrived back at 3.30 and it still wasn’t ready. We were asked to wait on the terrace in 30 degree heat which we refused to do. After much deliberation they gave us another room to use into our room was ready. At 5pm they told us that our room was ready but we were in the middle of unpacking/repacking our bags as we were flying home the next day. So we requested to stay in the room, they declined because it was a suite and not an economy room. So at 5.30pm we were given our room. Economy room is VERY basic.
