The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is superb! Just next to Termini, with access to public transportation, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. The accommodation was also very clean, even if there are works in the building
The breakfast was good, although very simple. In my opinion, they could offer the service of storing the luggage free of charge as we already paid for the nights. Unfortunately the bathtub was not working, they could have offered some kind of "compensation".

The location was nice 20 minutes to Colluseum, price was okay also.
Firstly the check-in was late and we had to wait for another 30 minutes standing in staircase because the hallway was being cleaned;( and the staff lady didnt seem to give a damn about it. Also there were many ants right in the gap between bed and bath.
