We do not recommend this hotel. They were not accommodating at all when our travel dates unexpectedly changed due to our initial airline canceling flights because of the Middle East war. A month before our stay, we requested consideration to cancel our bookings without fees and even provided proof from our airline regarding the flight cancellation, but they refused since the booking was non-refundable—showing no compassion despite the situation being beyond our control. Unlike other hotels, they didn’t offer any alternatives like changing dates without any fee as the request was not by choice, but due to changes in our travel dates resulting from airline adjustments. 3 of us had to rebook our flights with another airline which resulted to a slight change in our travel dates. We had booked 2 rooms and ended up still staying at the hotel but couldn’t use 1 room on the last night due to the revised departure of 3 of us. To make things worse, they later asked the remaining guests to transfer rooms, which was unnecessary and inconvenient since both rooms were already paid for. Overall, the experience was stressful and everything felt like a hassle.
