Its near at the station

Wifi is too slow and the blower is not functioning well. And I ask for slippers because they don't have when we check in i went to the reception and ask but they said that they don't have or they don't put slippers but it is written in the description they have slippers, but at 10pm someone knock at the door and give the slippers we ask . And last they must have rack for the towels because they only have 1

El alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca de la estación termini. La ubicación está perfecta, cerca de metro y autobús. Tiene los servicios a mano (supermercado, farmacia, tiendas, bar etc…) La habitación súper cómoda y limpia. El personal ha sido muy amable y disponible. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto con todo. Seguramente volvería a repetir se volviese en Roma.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte presso la struttura perché avevo necessità di essere vicino alla Stazione Termini e mi sono trovata molto bene. Il personale è stato gentile e la camera che mi è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa e confortevole.

Looked nothing like the photos but actually a marked improvement. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room which I wasn’t expecting. Large comfy bed and plenty of plug sockets.

The tv remote was broken. When I picked it up it fell apart which meant I couldn’t watch tv and after a long journey to get to Rome I didn’t have the energy to ask the staff. The front ‘secure’ door of the building on the street did not lock. So anyone could walk in which was a worry as it is not in a safe neighbourhood at all. I could have been followed in. When I told reception he said don’t worry I’m watching the cctv. But when I left early the next morning to drop my keys back he had clearly been asleep! Lastly, the jacuzzi bath tap was spirting water in the wrong direction. I realised it was full of limescale so I cleaned it out and it now works fine. Not sure why they hadn’t done this. I filled the bath and got in. Turned on the jets and a load of brown sludge came out into the bath. Again after a long trip and a long wait for the bath to fill this was not the best. I had to get out. Drain the bath, clean it and fill it again.
