The location. Because it was only a 5 minute walk from Roma termini station

The location was really good. The staff were very lovely, they were so helpful with check-in time and luggage storage. The room was also clean and the water was hot. Thank you so much for all. I really recommend it.

The Staff were great and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy with the possibility of an early check-inwhich was great to leave the luggage. The Facilities are old but all worked fine. The room & bathroom were not spotless but clean. The location is great with surrounding restaurants, 4min walk to Train station and 5min walk to Airport shuttle bus which was very convenient for early or late transits.
The elevator is very small for larger families. I would reccommend this Hotel for the value and location ideally for a quick getaway but not for families.
