Location: Excellent location, very convenient for getting around.
Property: The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable overall.
Host: The host was responsive and communicated appropriately throughout our stay.
Value: The price is a bit high for what is offered; it feels slightly overpriced for the current level of amenities.
Maintenance/Hygiene: There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. A simple fix, such as installing better-sealed floor drains, would make a big difference.
Linens: The towels were of poor quality. They were not soft or absorbent, and an upgrade to thicker, fluffier towels would greatly improve the guest experience.
Payment Process: The requirement to pay the city tax in cash is very inconvenient. It forces guests to hunt for an ATM and often incur extra withdrawal fees. This should be integrated into the online payment process for a smoother experience.

I stayed at Les Artes for one night it was okay for a short stay. The room was quite small, but the location is great, close to some nice restaurants and a bakery. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep and want to explore the neighborhood.
There was no window in my room.

Nice room, clean. Nice to have the fridge and facilities to use.
Pillow protectors would be advised. Just a pillow case doesn't protect from the previous people.
Not.sure about the mattress didn't check.
Bathroom small.
