The owner Norman was fantastic! He kept in touch via whatsapp, and sorted out any concerns we had. Internet was provided and worked well. They were flexible with our arrival time, and the place was neat, clean, and quiet. Also in an amazing location close to the train station, and getting to the sights around Rome was very easy. There's also some great places for food nearby and shops to buy food. There are 2 rooms with 2 very large and comfy double beds, and one of the rooms has a single bed also. Both bedrooms are en suite. The area was safe, and the apartment was secure, with locks on each bedroom door, the apartment door, and the main building.

It was perfect for our needs. I have no complaints.

Proximity to Termini, each bedroom had its own bathroom, big beds. The host was helpful and responsive.

Very thin walls, could hear people’s conversations and laughing next door. Two sets of stairs, though we were told only one. Wouldn’t have been an issue but was difficult to use the first set of 8 stairs (no railing) with an injured ankle. The second set was a bit easier because there was a railing. Matresses seemed fairly new but were very firm. A bit too firm for my taste but some might like it.
