It was clean and location is perfect, 5 mins walk ftom Termini
Water leakage in the toilet. Water flow is slow. 2 levels bedroom without borders felt unsafe . Also elevator was out of order that made accessibility to the room ( 4th floor) inconvenient.

Everything basically. The owner was very friendly, passionate about helping. The place was cozy, clean and with great views. Also, access to common kitchen was such a relief after continuous takeaways during the trip.

The location is great. Near to restaurants and metro station. Not very far from Roma termini. That was very helpful to take the train to firenze. Secure with access control at the main door. The room was great for a one night stay and nice view from the window.
We were at the fourth floor and there is no lift. Need to get the lift operational very fast !!!. The facility is old and unmaintained. The stairs not well illiminated.
