Located next to bus stop and metro. Shop around corner for ease. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well. Blackout bedroom was great. Large spacious room and external bathroom also. Fresh towels available in cupboard. Owner let us check in early also which was great!
The fridge in the communal area did not work as drinks remained warm. Air condition unit leaked and was making random things drop onto the floor. External bathroom was not ideal, but it wasn’t as awful as thought since those in next room were hardly seen. Cleanliness was ok, rusty toilet brush that needs binning. Hair dryer smelt like burning so turned it off straight away.

The accomodation was reconstructed and clean in a good location near Termini station.
The communication with the host before our arrival was complicated. We needed to know if its possible check in at night. They didnt answer until one day before our arrival. But finally they answered and there was no problem there.

Room is in a centre of Rome, many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. We had our private bathroom and there was a kitchen as well. The person we contacted on WhatsApp replied immediately. Friendly and helpful. We stayed there only for one night, that was a little bit sad because it felt like home, super cozy atmosphere:)
