Adventor Eco-Suites

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean

The check in experience was all over WhatsApp. I messaged in the morning to confirm a check in time that evening and did not hear back for several hours. When I messaged again an hour before the scheduled check in time to confirm the time the response was slightly rude and suggested I was badgering because they were busy. A similar interaction occurred when I reached the hotel. Also, the booking site says there is luggage storage but there is not according to the email I received the morning of my stay. Also a small detail but the outlets beside the bed did not work.

Clean.got a good night sleep because it was very quiet.Good shower and bathroom!Nice views from the window.Very close to termini.

Great location to train station and plenty of places to eat around. Great amenities in the communal room too. Nice size room with places to put clothing etc. super glad the elevator was working as climbing those stairs with luggage would have been a killer

Found the bed really uncomfortable, and was very squeaky resulting in not great sleep for two nights for us both.

- Room quality (looks exactly like the advertised photos) - Room location - Free coffee, tea and snacks - Room appliances

- Check-in and checkout process (the check out was just leaving the keys they gave us on the room) - there was no one at the front desk (we only saw a person when checking in) - no sign at the building entrance (difficult to understand where the hotel was) - Water heating: hot water ran out too quickly
