Pretty nice inside. Comfortable. Easily accessible to transit.

Nothing to big to make a fuss. It would be nice if there is a space to place a bath soap/shower gel inside the shower stall so you don’t need to open the shower door to reach for it.

Spotless, spacious, located on a leafy, residential street that feels like you're in a normal, nice part of Rome. You're about 30 minutes walking distance from Trevi, and about 15 minutes from Villa Borghese.

You're not allowed to use the elevator! Huge hassle for check-in/check-out with your luggage, and a problem for anyone with injuries or mobility issues.

Good location. About 30 min walk to the centre. Was clean and tidy. Quiet. Coffee machine in the kitchen. A lot of coffee shops and restaurants around. Clear instructions for self check-in. Bed was good size and very comfortable. Good quality pillows and bedding.

Room on the smaller side. Elevater didn't work so it was a bit of a trip to the second floor with the suitcases. Very slippery in the shower cubicle, maybe a shower mat would be good idea. No bin in the room, only in the bathroom.

The location is very good, and I really appreciated having coffee available. I also want to believe that the owners genuinely care and are trying their best.

Since the main purpose of staying at a hotel is to sleep, I don’t think this was satisfactory. The bed seems to be broken—it creaks and sags. The mattress should have been replaced a long time ago, as it’s extremely soft and uneven, making it very uncomfortable. When I reported this, the staff tried to fix it (most likely by flipping or adjusting the mattress), but afterwards all our belongings were covered in a thick layer of dust, which stayed in the air for about a day. The hairdryer didn’t work. The shower area looks a bit neglected. The towels had a very strong vinegar smell. Also, I don’t remember the listing mentioning that the lift was unavailable, which was inconvenient.
