Airconditioning, dus goed slapen. Ontbijt zelf te regelen: ook prima. Goede koffie

Lokacija je odlična - najbolje busom za Termini i atrakcije u gradu. Autobusna stanica je Vila Torlonia, odmah ispred zgrade. Najbliža metro stanica je 10ak minuta udaljena Bologna. Smještaj se nalazi u zaključanoj zgradi, na 3.katu zgrade s liftom. Mi smo došli navečer u Rim, pa smo dobili upute da samostalno uđemo u smještaj. Upute su bile jasne i precizne, bez problema. Isto tako smo zamolili za kasniji check out, koji nam je odobren. Unutar smještaja imali smo AC, TV, kupaonicu. Čistačica dolazi svaki dan i sve je uredno. Vlasnica je bila uvijek dostupna putem Whatsapp-a, jako ljubazna i pomogla je s uputama i oko prijevoza i oko restorana u blizini. Doručak je samoposlužni - slatki ili slani, ima dovoljno za odabir, a namirnice su ukusne i svježe. Smještaj ima i zajednički balkon iz kuhinje. Posebno mi se svidjelo što je kuhinja dostupna 24/7, pa smo par puta večerali na balkonu s hranom iz dostave, što je jako zgodno posebice nakon dugog dana.
Sve je bilo ok, jedino mogu preporučiti da se u kuhinju doda zaslađivač za napitke, a ne samo šećer.
