Felt like we were staying in an authentic Italian apartment. Quite old fashioned but we like it. All four in the same room and comfy beds. Water and coffee were included which was a nice tough. Location really convenient and was nice to be slightly out of the city where food and drink was a more reasonable price.
There was a slight noise of the underground, it didn't effect our sleep and it seemed to stop over night so not really an issue but it was noticeable.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very welcoming, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent; we especially loved the coffee and the delicious croissant. The location was perfect in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring Rome incredibly easy. I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Since it was my first time staying here, I had some trouble finding the property, but the staff members were already waiting outside to greet me and show me to my room. And the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Overall, I had a great stay and would choose it again if I come to Rome next time.
The bathroom water supply could be improved. The hot water was inconsistent and would occasionally turn cold during use, which made showering less comfortable.

Good location
The bathroom shower leaked water on the bathroom tile. And the breakfast was cafe off site bakery was limited on choices.
