This was a great last minute booking. Within the hour my room was ready and I had a prompt phonecall to arrange getting in ok. Mario is really friendly and very accommodating. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Great hot shower. Good selection for breakfast - I’m dairy free and hadn’t communicated it as I hadn’t actually booked but there was plenty for me to eat and I had a soya cappuccino made for me. All round great experience.

It’s a room in an apartment, old mattress old bed old pillows . Very expensive for what you get!! And doesn’t even include breakfast !!

Very nice and friendly owner and staff. It was a decent location, only about 10 mins to the colosseum but everywhere else we wanted to go was a 25-35 min walk which was not ideal. The shower was very small and tight but very clean. Overall very good experience.

Location was great and accommodations were fine.

We had a difficult exchange with one of the staff. We were only staying there one night because our flight out of Europe was out of Rome. We had been traveling in other parts of Europe and also Italy. My husband explained to the staff member that we were checking out early the next morning because we had a flight to catch. The staff member then proceeded to ask him a bunch of questions interrogating him because she thought it was odd that we were only staying one night. She jumped to a bunch of conclusions, but quite frankly our travels are none of her concern. We found this behavior very rude and unprofessional. It’s also not unusual for people to have to check out very early, because they have an early flight, so I’m not sure why it was treated like it is a big problem to begin with.
