They allowed me early check in and the apartments were brand new and immaculate! It was centrally located in an upscale neighborhood two blocks from the American embassy. Everything is easily walkable. I will definitely stay there again.

The water didn’t stay hot for long. We could only have one person shower quickly before it began to freeze. Next person didn’t have hot water until end of day.
Also, the stove didn’t turn on. Even with all the instructions it was not possible to have elderly people use it.
Otherwise all was good.
