The property was fantastic, the location was amazing and so close to everything that you want to see. Mario the host was more than helpful. Stayed around to check us in even after we missed the deadline due to a delayed flight

It was walking distance to everywhere and Mario was a great host and very helpful hopefully be back soon

We took teabags from home but there was no kettle in the room only down side although we never asked for it I’m sure he would of provided something like he did when we needed an iron

We had such a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome, and a huge part of that was thanks to our host, Mario. His communication was incredible from the start—he kept in touch with us on WhatsApp, and even when our flight was delayed, he waited for us outside the apartment with a warm welcome. He took the time to show us everything we needed to know about getting in and out of the building, and throughout our stay he was so attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Mario also gave us great recommendations on where to eat, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed chatting with him over breakfast, and it was a lovely bonus being able to take a few bits with us for the day while we explored the city. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfy, and although we didn’t spend much time inside, it had everything we needed for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There are ice cream shops and restaurants nearby, the view is normal, the owner seems like a good person

The soundproofing, the fact that the bathroom was stained and the fact that the pressure was very weak and you had to wait for hot water, everything is old and needs at least minimal repairs.
