The location was Wonderfull, right in the middle of everything and with great local restaurants and bars on the same street. Could not ask for anything else.

Great location!
Gets loud at night. Water heater wasnt ON, we have to take a shower in cold water. Narrow stairs to go up to the unit.

The location is very convenient in Rome.
The property is a little bit old. There is no elevator;, you have to bring your bags up the narrow staircases. They will charge a very high amount of the tourist tax of 30€+10€ of bed linen and towels, which is a hidden cost.

I liked the location of the apartment, the floor was clean, the toilet and shower were also clean
there was a hair dryer and air conditioning with warm air
There were dirty dishes, dirty towels, and they wanted to charge 20€ for the bed linen, which had stains from some kind of food, and the pillows and blankets were in terrible condition. The apartment was incredibly cold without air conditioning.
