Colosseo Elegant Apartment

C'est un joli petit appartement, propre et confortable en position très intéressante pour visiter. La cuisine est équipée, la salle de bain contient une machine à laver. Le quartier est bien animé. L'hôte est très sympathique. L'immeuble est calme et très propre.

Le petit déjeuner consiste en un stock de biscottes et raviers de confiture. Il y a toutefois des pastilles de café et une machine Dolce Gusto... Le canapé-lit dans le séjour est assez moyen et ne convenait pas vraiment pour deux enfants mais pour deux nuits, nous nous en sommes accommodés.

Komunikace s majitelkou (WhatsApp), rychlost, ochota. Ubytovno skvělé. Nic nechybělo, cítili jsme se jako doma. Při odjezdu stačilo zanechat klíče na stole a zabouchnout. Dokonce jsme mohli odjet o hodinu déle, než je psáno 🙂

The location is excellent for all the tourist places to visit as you are central to everything. 10 minutes from The Colosseum, 15 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment was plenty big enough for myself and my friend who had the bedroom had no complaints. The area was quiet with windows shut but some neighborhood noise when open... Not a problem. The kitchen we only used for basic breakfast so didn't use all utensils and had to Google how to use the hob... Again not an issue. The bathroom was clean the shower was decent enough to use.no issues with the temperature or pressure. There was a mirror big enough in the bathroom for 2 women to get ready and plenty of storage area...No issues there. A washing machine is in the bathroom should you need it. There was also plenty of cleaning equipment for you to tidy as you go. The owner was friendly and helpful with some recommendations of places to eat in the area. There are plenty of locker storage rooms about as we used one on our last day close by €4.99 for 5 hours for 1 case and 1 bag. Very easy to use. I would stay here again if the sofa bed was changed as I feel that this was a big let down for the apartment.

The phone number on all correspondence is incorrect and we had to go through all reviews to find the correct number for the owner.... this needs to be changed on booking information. The sofa was very stained (this is a very big let down for the apartment as no complaints to the rest of the cleanliness) the base was broken. I slept just on the sofa wrapped in the duvet as once I got the bed out it felt like it was on a slope which I personally didn't like. The main Wi-Fi we were told was broken due to a fire in another area and was given a mobile with hotspot which really didn't work. Yet we accidentally plugged in the main Wi-Fi and was surprised that it worked fine at 02:30 in the morning even though we were told it was broken. So I do feel that we have been misled and if the Wi-Fi is poor I'd rather have been told that. I do recognize that the owner tried to rectify by having the hotspot but not good enough if advertising wifi as a facility to use. The TV in the living room had no control and also was only able to pick up radio not any channels so if you did want to watch news or anything else then you couldn't and I feel if there is a TV available that it should work. We had breakfast included yet this should state that it's an Italian breakfast of a box of biscuits and some small sweet cakes, Coffee and teas.

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, situato in una posizione davvero ottima a due passi dal Colosseo e dalla metro Cavour. A completare il tutto la gentilezza della Sign.ra Cristina. Consigliatissimo 😀
