Rome is a city of magnificence, 156 Fontane perfectly placed to enjoy it.

The property is perfectly situated just up from the Piazza Barberni, very close to many of Rome’s wonderful sights. Lots of restaurants around (esp Tosca, our fav just up the road!). You can walk to many of the sights from the flat.

Clean, large. Great location and helpful staff

Massimo was extremely helpful with our travel arrangements. The apartment was a good size as we had 6 adults staying overnight. A large table in the kitchen was perfect for us to finish our night with a few glasses of wine. Small balcony was an added bonus.

Small elevator but that is everywhere in Rome.

Location is wonderful.WONDERFUL. It is close to shops, restaurants, Spanish Steps, Coloseum , Di Trevi Fountain, Forum Romanum etc. The apartment is spacious, the staff is very friendly, and cooperative. Recommended!

Baby's first holiday.

Location was excellent. Just 10 minutes walk from Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Easy check in and well equipped.

No hot water in the kitchen and very dusty. Floors were not very clean and travelling with a baby, this was a bit of a problem.

Great choice for Rome Stay

This was a nice and comfortable place to stay. Most comfortable beds of the trip! The location, right across the street from the Barberini Palace and a few short blocks walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Kaleigh met us on the site to accept payment in advance and give us an orientation of the place. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and helped me free my laundry from the spin cycle (my bad- not the machine's). Massimo was also very responsive to me from initial booking to our departure.

Rude & racist proprietor. Asked us to leave an hour before official check out. Toilet was filthy

The 2 bedrooms are the highlight of the house, and the wifi. Having a washing machine in the house also helped.

Everything. Right from the check-in to check-out. The proprietor is a casual racist bloke who sends around other people to do his work and not the least bit interested in helping you out: - Refused to have the toilet cleaned - Asked us to clean it ourselves (he would have never said this if we were European or American, hence his inherent racism) - Sent me a message the previous night asking me to vacate at 10, when clearly booking on the app shows check out is till 11 - Refused to acknowledge his mistake even after I sent him screenshots I will attach all the photos so there is no case to be made that I am lying. The response from booking.com also has been extremely poor, where they have not made any attempt to help resolve this dispute or the fact that they are taking steps to correct this and it wont repeat. In my 5 years with booking, single handedly my worst experience, which makes me want to not use this service anymore. Apart from this - Kitchen had no kitchen towels, guy refused to provide citing hygiene reasons - Kitchen utensils were poorly washed and some still had soap stains on them - Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, had no support in the middle, making it difficult to sleep for an adult Avoid this property at all costs, unless like us having a lift in the building was a requirement (we had our 87 year old grandfather with us). They are better and more central properties available.

Was nice and comfortable. Nice spent time.

Good contact with manager and recepcionist of the appartment. Flat was clean, comfortable and really big. Bed on which I slept was not soo comfortable, but rest of equipment was good. Location - 10 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes walk to underground, easy access to all worth seeing places in Rome by public transport or by walk. I can reccomend this flat to anyone.

Bed is to little improvements :) Rest of equipment was good. Service was nice but I made check-in in the night, and I was extra charged. I was informed abut it before, but maybe will better in the future to extend time of check in e.g. till 11pm?

A wonderful holiday in Rome

Great location in the city center, very close to almost all sights! Spacious apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment to spend a long time! A big plus for the outdoor terrace! The host was very receptive to all our requests! Thanks to Mr. Massimo and the entire team for a great stay in Rome! Definitely, when we return to Rome, we will choose 4 Fontane 156 Luxury Home!

Sijainniltaan loistava, perusmukavuudet löytyivät. Sopi hyvin perheellemme, jossa lapset ovat jo hieman isompia. Kaksi vessaa ja riittävästi makuupaikkoja.

Kadun äänet kuuluivat todella kovasti. Huoneiston lattia ja seinäpinnat osin nuhjuisen näköisiä.

Muito boa.

Bem localizada. A 7 min a pé da Fontana do Trevi . Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. A rua é segura e bem frequentada. O administrador é muito atencioso. Deixa tudo anotado com os contatos necessários. Deu dicas de restaurantes nao turisticos e sempre foi muito acessível, respondendo rapidamente às nossas mensagens durante a hospedagem. Ao lado do predio tem um mercado de bairro para compras necessárias.

Poderia renovar as cadeiras na varanda , uma delas está danificada.

Kein Luxury Home aber für einen Städtetrip ausreichend.

Großer Wohnraum. Es gab zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer (+Schlafsofa) sowie eine kleine Terrasse. Allgemein war es sauber.

Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer wahr sehr unbequem, durchgelegen und hat gequietscht. Es gab kein warmes Wasser in der Küche und die Küchenausstattung war sehr einfach.

La posizione ottima e l'appartamento é funzionale e comodo. Vicino alla fermata dell'autobus/metro.

Tutto perfetto, la persona che ci ha accolto e consegnato le chiavi gentilissima e disponibile. Poi per ogni necessità bisognava contattare il proprietario tramite messaggio. Abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il checkout e purtroppo ci è stato comunicato che bisogna rispettare le regole di uscita per permettere le operazioni di pulizia.
