4 FONTANE 156 LUXURY HOME

The location is very close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and many local sights. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area. The rooms are a very good size . The patio was a nice surprise.

The pictures didn’t really represent what we paid for. The shower is old. the handle was hard to get the right temperature as there are no marking . Then the head would slide down while showering. The second bathroom is very small and uninviting.

Location, air con, space, terrace, everything Marissmo was there on arrival and so helpful when we needed an extra bed made up.

Makuuhuoneet olivat tilavat. Parveke oli mahtava lisä jota käytettiin paljon.

Huoneiston ilmastointi toimi osittain, 8/9 yötä makuuhuoneet olivat ilman ilmastointia ja nukkuminen oli hankalaa kuumuudesta johtuen. Uusi asennettiin päivää ennen lähtöä. Olohuoneen vuodesohvan patja oli aikansa elänyt. Ilmoitin majoittajalle, mutta tilalle ei tuotu pyynnöstäni huolimatta uutta/lisäpatjaa vedoten ettei se mahtuisi vuodesohvaan sisään. Jouduimme tekemään erikoisia ratkaisuja, jotta saimme edes jollain tavoin nukuttua. Huoneiston ilmoitettu pinta-ala (112m2) oli erittäin pahasti väärin. Huoneiston pinta-ala on noin 70m2. Huoneistoa varatessa yksi tärkeimmistä kriteereistä oli huoneiston koko.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Good wifi. The building has a small 2 person elevator if needed as it is on the 3rd floor. Beds are nice. The AC unit in the living/dining room worked well. Apartment is close to the metro (2 blocks away), restaurants, and a popular bakery. There's a pizza shop next door.

It was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. The second bathroom's toilet seat needed to be cleaned. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. In the US we would say there is 1.5 bathrooms. The toilet in the second bathroom is an adventure to use due to the tight fit. The AC units in the bedrooms struggled to keep the rooms cool. They probably need serviced. There was no linen to be found for the pullout bed in the living room couch - lots of blankets in the cabinets but no sheets. Never could get hot water to come out of the kitchen sink (shower was perfectly fine).
