The location, the host response and availability and the quietness of the house despite being right in the middle of the center.

The sheets are extremely old. Please change them as they are really really old and out of use and provide at least one set of spare sheets for each room. The big towels are ok but the small towels are also very old and not nice to use anymore. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet and one separate toilet, therefore all six of us had to use the same shower in turn in the evening. The property can accommodate 6 people but if you want to gather in the living room in the evening there only one two seater sofa and no chairs or armchairs to sit on for the rest.

La localizacion y la climatizacion

Nada. Todo bien.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado cerca del Coliseo y en una zona tranquila ya que es una calle interior y aunque está al lado de una calle de tránsito no hay ruidos.

El primer día avisamos de que la cafetera no funcionaba y que no había utensilios de cocina suficientes y aunque nos indicaron que lo solucionarían se nos pasaron los días de visita sin solucionar el problema y sin volver a tener ninguna respuesta . Aún así lo recomiendo porque aunque tiene algunas pequeñas cositas que mejorar se pueden pasar unos días cómodamente.

Good location. Decent apartment in most ways

There was a loud electronic buzz that warbled occasionally, coming from an electrical box near the ceiling next to the door. Strangely the buzzing sound got louder at times and softer at others, and seemed to be related to running electricity (lights, etc.) in our apartment and perhaps other nearby apartments. Due to this issue, we ended up requesting and receiving cancellation for the 2nd day and went somewhere else
