The location was excellent, close to Metro station and major attractions but didn’t feel touristy or busy. Most locations are walkable if you prefer.
The owner met us on-site to provide explain access which was great.
Aircon in rooms a nice bonus.
We can recommend a great place to eat at No.42 which is only 20m away from front door. Great food, host and staff.
Kitchen could be better equipped.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Rome. Near to the Colosseum and within walking distance of the historic center and most of Rome's attractions. Excellent connection to further parts of the city and Termini station.
Clean and well equipped with the main necessary amenities, including coffee.
The rooms are spacious, the bedroom bed and the sofa bed are comfortable.
The host is friendly, helpful and responsive. His recommendations were useful; the instructions to get to the apartment were precise and clear.
